In the beginning of Diamond Heads all the jobs were cut by hand. Most people did not believe it but they really were. In those day's it was Keith and his wife Amber they were the total crew. Keith worked at his regular job during the day while Amber answered phones and called dealerships asking if they would be interested in displaying Diamond Heads. Every night at 7 when Keith finished working his regular job they would meet at there house for dinner. Then it was back to the shop which was a 10x30 foot building not a lot of room but enough that they did get the jobs done and from that small building they have built Diamond Heads into what it is today. Today Diamond Heads is in a new location they have 10 employee's most family members and the building is slightly bigger almost 8000 square feet. Instead of cutting jobs by hand they are now cut using high tech robotics. Why robots? Two reasons first the customers want a perfect job and that is what they get at Diamond Heads perfection in design and function. Second is the growth factor Diamond Heads does so much work that it would be difficult to do the jobs quickly if not for the robots. So it really boils down to QUALITY and QUICK TURN AROUND TIME.
